De acordo com meteorologistas consultados pela r\u00e1dio GVC FM, trata-se de uma nuvem chamada de \u201cArcus\u201d, que se forma quando h\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as bruscas na temperatura, como o que aconteceu hoje, de um tempo quente, para o frio que est\u00e1 chegando.
