De acordo com os dados, foram acolhidas 40.004 pessoas no ano de 2022, com uma m\u00e9dia mensal de 3.334 atendimentos.<br>Com o objetivo de manter um fluxo de atendimento que estabele\u00e7a prioridades, o Pronto Atendimento do HCVL utiliza classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de cores que sinalizam o potencial de risco para a vida, agravos \u00e0 sa\u00fade ou grau de sofrimento dos pacientes. A institui\u00e7\u00e3o segue a ordem definida no protocolo de Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Risco do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS), uma sistem\u00e1tica que permite agilidade \u00e0 din\u00e2mica de servi\u00e7os por meio de cores preestabelecidas.<br>A cor vermelha indica atendimento imediato; os casos urgentes recebem a cor amarela e t\u00eam um tempo de espera de at\u00e9 30 minutos.
